Calling on Your Guardian Angel

When you call on an angel have a goal in mind. You should call from the heart. Your thoughts should be be pure and of trust, love and sincerity. You must believe that your angel will help you with what ever you are trying to do. Your issue is made plain with honor.

Find some quiet time if possible. Relax or mediate if you can. Call on your guardian angel and ask for the guidance or assistance for what you need.

Wait for an answer. Sometimes your answer with come as a sign or a feeling.

Always remember to thank the angel for the help or answer provided.

Remember to walk in the light.
For your angel is always by your side.
To help you, to assist you, to guide you.
Wait for your answer, it is on it's way.
For all things divine are coming to you.

Why Guardian Angels are so Important

Have you ever taken the time to think about why Guardian Angels are important to us. I mean really thought about it?

Some of the roles of Angels are for them to be messengers and protectors. Image yourself in a time of distress and need. This would more likely be a time when you are disoriented, your speech pattern has decreased greatly, and your thinking power was greatly increased. In other words, you mind is racing a mile a minute but the words just won't come out fast enough to voice them in a manner that others can fully understand. Isn't it nice to know that you can call upon your angel to calm you and guide you and help you in any way which is needed.

There are many ways for you to recognize your guardian angel. You can feel them in certain instances such as a sudden flow of air, a gush of energy radiating from within, a gentle warmth, a feeling of being comforted or wrapped by their angel wings. Maybe, it is in the things which you hear or the things which you see. The sounds of bells ringing, the green trees and the blue skies.

Christian theology dictates angels having 9 different hierarchies (Order from Highest to Lowest):

1. Seraphim - angels of love, light, and fire: four faces and six wings
2. Cherubim - angels who guard entrances/temples: four faces and four or six wings and many eyes
3. Thrones - stand before the heavenly throne: four faces (lion, ox, eagle, and man) and four wings, and horses' hooves, many eyes
4. Dominations (dominions) - regulate the duties of other angels and manifest the glory of God, carry scepters or orbs
5. Virtues - angels perform miracles on earth and are the chief bestowers of grace and valor
6. Powers - powers keep demons from overthrowing the world, are themselves evil (Esphesians)
7. Principalities - protectors of religion, great nations and great cities on Earth
8. Archangels - messengers bearing divine decrees
9. Angels

Michael - chief of the virtues as well as the Archangels, connected with repentance, righteousness, mercy, and holiness.

Lucifer - Old Testament is neither evil nor fallen, however Satan - in the New Testament is a disobedient servant who opposes God's will

Gabriel- the angel of annunciation, resurrection, mercy, vengeance, death, and revelation.

Metatron - responsible for sustaining mankind.

Your Guardian Angel Story

Most of us have experienced a time when we were in need of help and guidance. Have you ever been worried about your relatives and friends, wondered about a loved one during a time of struggle and issues? Have you had an experience in which you needed or saw a guardian angel? If so, please tell us your story, we will be happy to read about it.

I remember there was a fire next door to our home on New Years Eve in 1990. I was watching the New Year's Eve countdown with Dick Clark. My family was asleep. My job that night was to wake them up shortly before midnight for the countdown. I heard a tap, tap, tap on the door, but when I looked out there was no one there. I went to sit back down on the sofa to continue to watch the countdown. But, before I could sit down, something a feeling told me to get up and look out of my house's side window. There were flames were shooting about 20 - 30 feet the neighbor's roof and thick black smoke was everywhere. I immediately woke my family, called the fire department and we rushed out into the snow to see if we could be of help.

We were able to knock on some of our other neighbor’s doors to assure they were safe. We asked our neighbor whose house was on fire a few days later, if they had knocked on our door - they had not.

I believe that night there was surely a divine intervention of our guardian angel and that we were truly blessed.
